Most boys form the skin care routine from teens. Because they have problems: acne, pimples, peer pressure.
Men as well as women can make a difference in their health and skin by learning the basic principles of skincare. First, they need to classify the skin types, determine their skin type, and build a skin care routine each day.

Know Your Skin Type

Normal Skin

If you have never had problems with your skin, then you may have a normal skin type. Your pores of skin are small, the skin color is even.

Oily Skin

Oily skin has a medium to large pore size, and is easily clogged. You may experience skin problems such as acne, blackheads, whiteheads, or acne cysts. Oily skin is thicker. And skin texture of oil skin is tighter than normal skin so it is more resistant to the environment.

Dry Skin

Dry skin is thinner than normal skin, has tight texture, itchy and rough. Dry skin prone to irritation. The low humidity and dry air of the winter usually irritate the person with dry skin.

Sensitive Skin

People with sensitive skin are often prone to rash and irritation due to various factors such as sun, sweat, temperature, cosmetics …

Combination Skin

This type of skin often has oil skin on T skin area (forehead, nose and chin), and the dry skin on the cheek area. In some cases, these two areas may change for each other. When choosing cosmetics for mixed skin, you must choose the right product for each skin area.

A Skin Care Routine for Men

Most men have exercise rountine, daily schedules and financial plans. Now, it is your job to add a skin care routine to your daily activities.

You should know how to wash your face properly and do it every day. Use cleansing products suitable for your skin and wash your face twice a day. Wash your face every morning to clean up perspiration and dead skin layers that appear at night (because your body will carry out the impurities while you sleep). In the evening, cleansing will remove sweat and dirt that has accumulated in the body all day.

This step is for people with normal skin, oily and combination skin only. If your skin is dry and sensitive, skip this step because toners can irritate your skin. Choose a non-alcoholic toner ( alcohol-free). Apply toners to cleanse your skin, and rebalance pH after cleansing step.

Use moisturizer to help your skin hydrate. Many moisturizers have natural sunscreen ingredients. Choose a moisturizer with a minimum SPF of 15 to protect your skin from the sun. Purely Agless is a great example of this product.
